It allows for healing of the nervous and immune system, offers stress reduction, emotional balance, brain longevity, and enhanced intuition. It trains the mind to be calm, clear and flexible in the face of stress and change. Oxygen capacity is increased along with blood flow to the glands, resulting in heightened awareness & endurance so you can meet & overcome the challenges in your life. Kundalini Yoga consists of simple yogic techniques and meditations that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. Kundalini Yoga is a safe and complete yogic system that is acknowledged by yogic traditions to be one of the fastest catalysts for personal transformation!

YIN YOGA & MEDITATION

Yin Yoga invites stillness of the mind and body with poses that ask our connective tissues to relax and lengthen over time. In this slow paced class, we hold postures for longer periods of time creating a deep stretch and greater range of motion. This class ends with a deep relaxation and a meditation practice.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This is a gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga that uses various props to support the body. When the body feels supported it sends the message that it is safe to relax. It is when the body relaxes in this way that deep healing can occur. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. It is a soothing, nurturing and slow paced practice that promotes the healing effects of rest. This is especially helpful for insomnia and anxiety. Inspired by Judith Lasater, this class is meant to Relax and Renew your Body, Mind and Spirit.
